What You Can Expect

As an insulation installer you will be responsible for installing insulation into exterior walls and ceilings according to work order, manufacturer, quality and safety guidelines. Your day-to-day 'office' won"t always look the same! However, you can count on the process to provide some consistency:

Review daily work orders and ensure all material, supplies and tools are loaded for the day and job
Complete daily vehicle and job site inspections
Install insulation efficiently according to work order, manufacturer and safety guidelines
Track and log all material and supplies used
Work with other contractors/trades to efficiently and safely complete work order
Perform warehouse related duties as required

To Be Successful

Valid drivers license clean from major infractions in the last three years
Experience in the insulation and/or construction industry is helpful but not necessary
Able to use common hand tools
Able to work in tight and/or high areas
Able to lift at least 50lbs
Able to climb ladders and scaffolding
Able to work indoors and out in a variety of temperatures
Must be able to wear full-face or half mask during work shift
Must be able to read job instructions and record materials to work order
