We're seeking dedicated individuals to be part of our Holiday Light Setup Crew, creating a dazzling holiday wonderland for this iconic event. If you're passionate about the holiday spirit, thrive in a dynamic outdoor setting, and want to contribute to the magic of the Silverton Christmas Market, this is your chance! This is a long-term temporary position with a potential end date of January 31st, 2025.

At the Silverton Christmas Market, we're known for transforming our resort property into a festive haven of lights, joy, and celebration. Our Holiday Light Setup Crew is instrumental in creating the mesmerizing light displays that make this event a must-visit during the holiday season.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the crew to execute breathtaking holiday light installations throughout the Silverton Christmas Market.
• Safely climb ladders, handle lights and decorations, and ensure all displays are securely set up.
• Artfully arrange lights to enhance the ambiance and magic of the event.
• Troubleshoot and repair lights as needed to maintain the brilliance of the displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and event coordinators to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Enthusiasm for the holiday season and the Silverton Christmas Market event.
• Physical fitness to handle outdoor work, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a knack for creative light arrangement.
• Excellent teamwork skills, along with clear communication abilities.
• While prior holiday light setup experience is a plus, it's not a requirement.
