We're on the lookout for a seasoned Chief Product Officer to join our team and drive the future of our AI and Communication Automation solutions. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping our product strategy and leading our team to new heights.

Responsibilities:

Lead the charge in delivering world-class customer experiences through innovative AI solutions.
Drive commercial growth by developing products that resonate with our target markets and buyer personas.
Inspire and mentor a team of talented product managers, guiding them to success.
Be the voice of our products, sharing our vision with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Own the product roadmap, keeping everyone informed of our progress and priorities.
Collaborate closely with development, delivery, and support teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
Identify new opportunities for product innovation and market expansion.
Keep a close eye on product performance metrics, ensuring we're always on track for success.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, with a Master's or MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience leading product teams in the B2B SaaS and AI space.
Proven track record of delivering AI, NLP, Data, Analytics, or Machine Learning products.
Strong understanding of Customer Experience & Communications Automation.
Experience with agile development methodologies and product rollouts.
Excellent communication skills and a knack for inspiring others.
A data-driven approach to decision-making, with a bias towards action.
