Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18-$21 DOE
7am-4pm M-F, Contract to Hire position thru Kelly Services

** Prior chemical mixing/batching experience required**

What’s a typical day as a Chemical Mixer- Batchmaker? You’ll be:
• Operating ink-making machinery and equipment.
• Pulling, weighing, and blending raw materials to make inks.
• Reading and interpreting batch tickets and adhering to work processes and procedures.
• Processing and completing documentation accurately.
• Meeting production schedules and metrics.
• Following all safety and regulatory compliance procedures.
• Attending all required meetings and training.
• Responsible for continuous improvement 
• Performing inventory control activities.
• Loading and unloading materials.
• Other duties as assigned by production management.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have prior batch-making or compounding experience.
• Have prior experience in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment.
• Possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
• Are clean, neat, and orderly.
• Are honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
• Have strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Can operate a Powered Industrial Truck (training provided).
• Have basic mathematical skills.
• Have sound judgment in decision-making.
