Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Monthly or quarterly client report preparation including completion of bank account reconciliations.
• Handle payroll processing and related tax filings.
• Collaborate with the accounting team and other departments to resolve financial issues promptly.
• Assist with financial forecasting and analysis as needed.

Qualifications:

• An associates degree in accounting or finance is required.
• 5+ years’ experience in the accounting/bookkeeping field.
• QuickBooks and experience with Microsoft Excel are preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail are required.
