Job Title: Bilingual (Spanish/English) Insurance Customer Service Agent

Estimated Compensation: $41,200 to $56,700 per year

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, payments, and inspections
- Process and mail quote letters promptly
- Adhere to proper cash handling procedures
- Develop proficiency in all company systems and programs
- Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities with existing clients
- Implement follow-up procedures for new customer cross-selling
- Continuously expand knowledge of product offerings and carrier underwriting guidelines
- Assist with organizational projects as needed
- Contact canceled clients for potential reinstatement
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Current insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain one
- Prior experience in insurance customer service preferred
- Knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
