Job Description

Our client in the home services space is looking for a REMOTE Copywriter. This is fully remote role will start as 20 hours per week through the end of 2024 with the potential to increase in 2025.

The Copywriter will be working directly with the CRM & Lifecycle Marketing team to craft thoughtful and clever email copy for existing customers for 12 brands. The ideal Copywriter has the ability to write action-oriented content in a concise and straightforward manner while being engaging and consumer-focused.

Copywriter Responsibilities:

• Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for B2C email campaigns
• Research topics using existing blogs and other internal resources
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the brands voice and tone
• Collaborate with the Lifecyle/CRM marketing team and national and local brand teams to develop content strategies and ensure consistent messaging across all

• Proofread and edit all content
• Manage multiple project timelines
• Proactively communicate project updates and changes in timeline
• Ability to be agile and change direction on projects quickly, if needed
• Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for campaigns and promotional content
  
  

Copywriter Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3+ years professional experience in copywriting, preferably in home services or B2C
• A portfolio of relevant writing samples with an emphasis on email
• Knowledge and understanding of the customer life cycle/lifecycle marketing experience is a plus
• Experience using Monday.com or other project management software
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
  
  

The candidate will need to use a personal laptop for this role.
