Job Title: Agile Product Coach
Salary Range:
The expected salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually. Compensation will be based on skills, experience, and location.
Position Overview:
Join our dynamic, remote team as an Agile Product Coach! In this role, you will have the opportunity to mentor and guide product owners, helping them embrace Agile principles and best practices while serving our federal clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching: Provide guidance to product owners on a Data Science project, focusing on Agile principles and best practices. Help them refine skills in backlog prioritization, stakeholder management, and product visioning.
- Training: Educate product owners on techniques to create and maintain a well-defined, prioritized, and value-driven product backlog.
- Facilitation: Lead product owners through Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews, ensuring they are well-prepared and that outcomes align with business goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coach product owners on building and managing relationships with stakeholders, ensuring product goals align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Vision Development: Assist product owners in developing clear product visions and roadmaps that reflect business goals and customer feedback, guiding strategic decision-making.
- Metrics Monitoring: Introduce and track key product-related metrics such as customer satisfaction, business outcomes, and delivery efficiency to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Agile coach, product owner, or product management professional, with a strong focus on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.).
- Proven ability to mentor and guide product owners in Agile practices, product strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of data science and data engineering concepts.
- A successful track record of helping product owners identify and resolve bottlenecks and challenges within product development processes.
Desired Skillset:
- Experience working with the Federal Government.
- Agile certifications such as:
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- Agile Certified Product Manager
- Agile Coaching Certification.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
Clearance Requirement:
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
