Position Overview:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask and prioritize effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Supply Chain and Product Teams with accurate data entry.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Assist with product inspections and quality control processes.
Organize and maintain computer folders, files, and documents.
Provide general administrative support to team members.
Help coordinate team events and activities.
Qualifications:
Required:

Bachelor's degree.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred:

1+ years of experience in an administrative or data entry role.
Familiarity with eCommerce operations is a plus.
