​LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS RESIDING IN THE PHILIPPINES!!

Position:  Design Studio Assistant

Working Schedule:  Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (PST) | 12 AM - 8 AM (Philippine Time)

Salary Range:  $800-$1000 / Monthly

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Design Studio Assistant will play a vital role in supporting our design team by managing documentation, scheduling, and communication tasks. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation of the design studio.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and edit client selection templates based on current documentation.

  • Manage client documentation through Docusign, ensuring all documents are accurately processed.

  • Communicate status updates to the team regarding DocuSign activities.

  • Manage the calendar by scheduling client meetings, team meetings, and training sessions.

  • Audit client documentation to identify and address any missing items.

  • Assist with projects to evaluate multiple client files, ensuring changes or corrections are consistently applied.

  • Update and maintain department trackers to ensure accurate record-keeping.

  • Contact suppliers to request samples and follow up on delivery.

  • Communicate with vendors and trades for status updates on various projects.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or assistant role.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software programs (e.g., Envision, Procore).
  • Experience using Adobe for document editing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
  • Willingness and ability to learn Docusign and manage its processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English.

DEVICE / CONNECTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 50mbps internet speed
  • Must have their own Permanent Work From Home Equipment like Laptop and Personal Computer with External Monitor.
